We are looking for a Support Team Lead!
- Strong computer proficiency (Google Workspace, Excel)
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and improve processes from scratch
- Understanding of web and mobile development processes
- Higher education (preferred)
- Lead and manage the customer support team on a daily basis
- Set, monitor, and report on team KPIs to management
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance support to team members
- Develop and improve workflows and support processes
- Handle complex customer cases and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct QA/QC of chats, emails, and calls to ensure service quality standards
- Implement quality standards and best practices across the team
- Organize and deliver training sessions to improve team performance
- Analyze customer feedback and support trends for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize support operations
- Ensure the team is updated on product and policy changes
- Support continuous learning and development within the team
