Head of Creator Partnerships

About the Role You will lead the influencer partnerships function by developing and executing a global creator strategy across crypto and adjacent ecosystems. You will identify and engage tier 1 creators, negotiate high value partnerships, and manage the influencer partnerships team. You will create briefs that clarify product positioning use cases talking points and offer mechanics. You will build CRM pipelines and coordinate launches and activations to maximize reach and revenue.

Requirements 5+ years in influencer partnerships affiliate sales BD or creator economy Proven ability to generate measurable sales via creators Strong crypto native network preferred Experience negotiating creator deals Analytical and performance driven Team management

Responsibilities Build execute scale influencer sales strategy across crypto finance trading gaming tech lifestyle and regional creator ecosystems Own influencer driven revenue targets Build CRM pipeline for influencers Manage and strengthen the influencer management team Create briefs that explain product positioning use cases talking points and offer mechanics Source negotiate and close high value influencer partnerships Build relationships with tier 1 crypto KOLs YouTubers X creators Telegram communities Own promo codes attribution CAC ROAS and conversion performance Coordinate launches integrations reviews giveaways co branded activations
