About the Role YOU will lead the technical aspects of client engagements by designing and implementing integration solutions. You will demonstrate APIs and architectures, provide implementation guidance, and help clients onboard and succeed with the platform. You will document requirements, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with product features to inform improvements.

Requirements Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API based SaaS products at scale including implementation testing and launch Comfortable scripting in one or more languages to help build PoC or prototype APIs in Python Javascript Typescript Strong problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail High initiative and proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in technical solutions and team processes Bonus previous experience in AI development is highly preferred
