岗位职责：
- 提供API集成和技术支持，帮助客户顺利集成和使用公司提供的API接口；
- 编写和维护详细的API文档，包括接口文档、示例代码、使用案例等，确保文档清晰易懂；为客户提供API使用培训，讲解API接口的设计、功能及最佳实践，帮助客户理解并有效使用API；
- 故障排除与问题解决：负责API相关问题的诊断与解决，包括接口调用错误、性能问题、权限问题等，与开发团队协作，分析并解决API的技术故障，优化API接口的稳定性和性能；
- API性能监控与优化建议：监控API接口的性能，收集并分析API的使用数据，发现潜在的问题和优化点；向客户提供API使用的最佳实践，建议如何优化API集成，提高应用性能和稳定性；
- 与开发、产品、运维等团队紧密合作，理解产品需求并提供技术支持，推动API功能的改进和新功能的发布，参与API产品的功能规划与版本迭代，提供客户反馈和技术建议，确保API服务的持续优化和更新。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业；
- 1年以上API技术支持、软件开发或相关技术支持工作经验。具备API文档编写、接口调试和集成测试等相关经验，有与客户沟通和支持的经历；
- 熟悉常见的Web API（RESTful API、SOAP等）设计规范和实现方式。熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Java、Python、JavaScript、Go等），能够阅读和理解代码，并帮助客户解决集成问题。了解常见的API管理平台，如Swagger、Postman、Apigee等。理解HTTP协议、JSON、XML等常用数据交换格式，具备基本的调试技能；
- 英文熟练听说；
- 有Crypto背景优先；
