We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Security to lead end-to-end security for both CoinDCX operations and Founder protection. This role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ensuring a proactive, robust, and scalable security framework across physical security, executive protection, and organizational risk management.
The individual will act as a trusted security advisor to leadership while building systems that safeguard people, infrastructure, and operations.
* Design and implement a comprehensive security framework covering founders, offices, and critical operations * Conduct regular risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability audits * Establish and enforce security policies, SOPs, and governance mechanisms across the organization * Drive continuous improvement of security protocols in line with evolving risks
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all founder-related security matters * Ensure secure daily movement (home ↔ office ↔ external travel) * Maintain strict control over access, interactions, and engagements involving founders * Develop and implement confidentiality and exposure minimization protocols
* Oversee physical security across offices, facilities, and critical locations * Define and implement access control systems, surveillance protocols, and incident response frameworks * Partner with IT and compliance teams where required to align physical and operational security * Ensure security readiness for events, external engagements, and high-risk situations
* Hire, train, and manage a high-performance security team, including PSOs and facility security personnel * Design and manage shift rotations ensuring 24/7 coverage where required * Set performance standards and ensure discipline, reliability, and professionalism * Build a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and discretion
* Plan and execute secure movement logistics for founders and key personnel * Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure safe and discreet travel * Implement protocols for secure entry/exit at offices, residences, and external venues * Minimise exposure of location, travel routes, and schedules
* Act as the gatekeeper for sensitive external interactions, including: * Visitors and unknown individuals * Legal notices and communications * Law enforcement or high-risk engagements * Handle critical and sensitive situations with calm judgment and structured escalation * Develop and maintain incident response and crisis management protocols
* Work closely with Admin, Legal, HR, and Leadership teams * Coordinate with building security, vendors, and external agencies * Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and relevant authorities * Ensure seamless communication during emergencies or high-risk scenarios
* Background in Armed Forces / Navy / Police / NSG or equivalent * Proven experience in executive protection, security operations, or risk management * Prior experience handling HNI / UHNI / CXO-level security * Experience managing organizational or multi-location security setups is a strong plus
