Responsibilities

Supervise all levels of project work onsite with ability to lead and mentor other team members as needed
Oversee the performance of work related to scheduling, vendor coordination, logistics, inspections, and quality control
Manage the overall site safety as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance
Maintain a safe and clean project site at all times
Report to project management team as needed with all manpower reporting, existing conditions, drawing conflicts, daily logs, site photos, etc

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' of field experience on commercial construction projects (preferably in Central Florida)
- Interiors experience is a plus
Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
TEAM PLAYER: able to coordinate and lead both internal and vendor team members
