Purpose of Role:
The Client Relations Representative plays a crucial role in servicing clients and in executing a successful onboarding process by providing expert service and excellent communication. The role supports all aspects of coverage from front to back and becomes an integral part to the growth of the business.

The depth of knowledge amongst its teams and divisions provides its customers with clear advantage, and its technology-led service provides access to all major exchanges, order-flow management via screen, voice and DMA, plus award-winning data, insights and analytics.
Marex Clearing Services is an Execution and Clearing business focused on the Global market including Banks, Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, Trading Groups, and Brokers.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, promptly addressing client inquiries, and offering ongoing support.
- Communicate market and regulatory change and its impact to clients.
- Work with business development, operations, and IT, ensuring strategy meets client and business requirements.
- Undertake regular project work to improve client offering and technology, and to improve/streamline existing client clearing processes.
- Onboard new clients through to go-live; delivering front-to-back clearing setup; preparing documentation and working closely with the Onboarding team.
- Assessing bespoke or non-standard client requirements and their merit in context of potential revenue, resource requirements, and existing/future product agenda.
- Ensure that clients have access to exchanges and order routing platforms to enable their trading requirements.
- Help ensure Marex complies with its exchange regulatory obligations when connecting clients to exchanges.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
- Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
- Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Financial and MSIL trading books
- Liaising with clients in US; clients include banks, hedge funds, market makers, fund managers, institutional, trading houses and other trading boutiques.

Skills and Experience
- Understanding of the brokerage business.
- Microsoft Excel skills required – e.g., VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables required, VBA desired.
- Data analytics and enterprise reporting (e.g., PowerBI, Python, and/or SQL)
- Experience with change and project management methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Experience in customer facing roles with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 per year base salary and eligible for discretionary bonus.
