Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Programs

Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with core business priorities.

Develop e-learning paths, workshops and diversified blended learning solutions.

Research and assess diverse training resources, iterating solutions to optimize overall learning efficiency and outcomes.
Culture & Values Building
-
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of the Bybit Way global culture strategy, driving behavioral implementation across all departments and regions.

Optimize new hire onboarding systems to deliver substantive cultural infiltration instead of formalized procedural work.

Practice and advocate the company’s organizational culture and values.
New Hire & Onboarding Management

Take charge of the full-cycle new employee onboarding experience from pre-entry to probation confirmation, coordinating with SSC, IT and various business teams.

Design standardized, scalable orientation programs applicable to global offices and diverse employee groups.
Leadership & Talent Development
-
Design and deliver practical leadership training programs to upgrade management capabilities.

Support organizational performance management, promotion assessment and other core talent development processes.
AI-Powered Organizational Development
-
Drive AI transformation of OD workflows, identifying automation and intelligent optimization scenarios for learning and organizational development work.

Cooperate with the AI core team to convert AI tools into accessible, practical learning solutions for non-technical employees.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Manage OD project budgets and maintain stable cooperative relationships with external vendors and consultants.

Provide professional global training demand diagnosis and organizational development consulting for all business lines.

Collaborate efficiently with management and HR teams to support overall human resource system operation.

Drive process optimization, policy iteration and service innovation to enhance global employee experience.
Requirements

5+ years of L&D/OD relevant experience, including minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.

Proficient in e-learning platforms and LMS systems

Solid project management and budget control capabilities, able to deliver high-value OD solutions under limited resources.

Possess sharp business acumen, excellent cross-team communication and negotiation skills.

Able to build trusted connections with global employees, vendors and senior stakeholders across cultures.

Fluent in written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

Outstanding presentation and on-site facilitation skills, confident in presenting to C-level management and large audiences.

Familiar with diversified multimedia training tools and development modes.

Proven ability to design and deploy scalable enterprise-level talent development programs.

Strong interest in AI with practical experience of applying AI tools in professional work scenarios.
-
Experience working in fast-growing global enterprises; background in fintech, crypto or financial services is preferred.
