Web3 Community Specialist

About the Role You will build and grow a Chinese speaking Web3 community, driving engagement, participation, retention, and long term ecosystem growth through active community operations, user interaction, and atmosphere building. You will develop and execute community growth strategies to improve activity levels, participation quality, and retention through structured campaigns, engagement loops, and iterative optimization. You will manage daily operations of social media and community channels, including content publishing, responses, trending topic participation, and maintaining a steady communication rhythm. You will monitor Web3, Crypto, blockchain, and social media trends, and adjust strategies to stay relevant in a fast moving industry. You will plan and execute online and offline community events including AMAs, roundtables, livestreams, and interactive campaigns ensuring events are engaging and highly shareable. You will create, edit, and manage community content and editorial calendars, ensuring high quality and engaging content with strong “internet-native” appeal that encourages discussion and sharing. You will support content localization ensuring English and global content resonates with Chinese speaking audiences. You will identify, onboard, and manage local KOLs, partners, and ecosystem collaborators, driving co marketing campaigns and joint initiatives. You will build and maintain relationships with industry partners and ecosystem stakeholders to support collaboration initiatives and execution of joint campaigns. You will collect, analyze, and act on community feedback and sentiment, identifying issues early and improving user satisfaction. You will analyze community data, campaign performance, and growth metrics, and continuously optimize content, engagement strategies, and growth loops based on insights. You will act as a key operator for the Mantle CN community, proactively managing user questions and feedback to improve overall user experience.

Requirements Bachelor's degree or above with majors in Computer Science Marketing Media Communications or related fields Solid understanding of Web3 Crypto and blockchain ecosystems including Layer2 DeFi DAO and governance At least 2 years of experience in Web3 community operations content operations social media management livestream operations or creator community growth Excellent communication and coordination skills across users KOLs partners internal teams and external stakeholders Proven execution ability to respond quickly and drive tasks forward in a fast paced environment Creative mindset to design engaging interactive and shareable community campaigns and activities Strong analytical and structured thinking skills to break ideas into actionable plans Good internet sense and content intuition to drive discussion and participation Efficient and resource conscious to maximize impact within limited budgets Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistent output in a high frequency environment Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
