About the Role You will act as the internal engine for hiring: partner directly with founders to define hiring bars, manage relationships with external search firms, and keep the CRM/ATS data pristine. You will build the operational infrastructure to scale hiring, drive candidate follow-ups, and handle high-volume scheduling and interview coordination.
