About the Role As the Finance Director for Push under MiCAR you will lead the finance function across Push and coordinate with group treasury to ensure robust financial governance. You will oversee financial risks including FX exposure, fiat and crypto asset liquidity, and regulatory reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland. You will build scalable financial systems to support pan European CASP operations, and you will partner with the board and executives to shape Push's financial strategy while ensuring compliance with MiCAR and regulator expectations. You will manage accounting, tax and reporting and work closely with regulators and internal stakeholders to maintain strong governance, controls and capital management.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, ACA, or equivalent preferred) 7+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or related senior roles Prior experience in a PCF role or equivalent senior regulated function, with previous approval by the Central Bank of Ireland or another EU regulator strongly preferred Strong background in crypto, fintech, or financial services, with a deep understanding of blockchain, crypto-assets, and market dynamics Strong understanding of prudential frameworks, including capital and liquidity management in regulated financial services Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and treasury management systems Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, roll the sleeves up, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
