Data Systems Operations Lead

About the Role

You will architect and run mission-critical operations for real-time market data feeds.

You will ensure feeds operate 24/7, define runtime requirements (monitoring, provisioning, risk metrics), lead incident response and data forensics, implement automation to reduce toil, and manage relationships with institutional users while owning projects end-to-end.

Requirements

5+ years in technical engineering operations, data systems engineering, or technical project management for distributed systems Proven track record running mission-critical systems with incident management and on-call experience Deep understanding of data systems and distributed infrastructure Experience with financial markets, market data, or real-time systems Background at tier-1 financial institutions, crypto exchanges, or infrastructure Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and C-suite executives

Responsibilities
