About the Role You will lead the strategy and execution of social media initiatives across platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn and X (Twitter). You will create and publish content, develop editorial calendars, support executives in growing their public presence, analyze performance metrics, manage paid social campaigns when appropriate, respond to community interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, brand-consistent social storytelling. This role requires regular onsite work from the Chelsea office in New York.
Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in social media management Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and X (Twitter) dynamics Proven experience growing executive social media presence Excellent writing and editorial skills adapted for institutional, financial, and crypto audiences Proficiency with social publishing and analytics tools such as Sprout and Hootsuite Ability to partner with design teams to develop high-impact visuals Data-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into action Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy Create, manage, and maintain editorial calendars across platforms Develop engaging content including copy, visuals, video snippets, and infographics Partner with executives to create and execute personalized growth strategies Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize strategy Track industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates Contribute to shared tools and processes and provide backup support for core social handles Collaborate with Marketing, PR/Comms, Events, and Product teams for consistent storytelling Manage paid social campaigns to extend reach and drive KPIs Respond to and engage with community interactions in a brand-consistent manner
