Purchasing & Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role You will lead strategic procurement activities to secure high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies, run RFQs/RFPs, negotiate contracts and pricing, onboard and manage suppliers, monitor market trends, and track procurement KPIs to deliver cost savings and ensure supply continuity.

Requirements Strong negotiation and contract management skills Analytical skills and cost management abilities Supplier relationship management Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP ERP Excellent communication and stakeholder management Understanding of supply chain processes and risk management Data centre, GPU or software storage knowledge (nice to have) Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field Master's degree (MBA) preferred Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are a plus Typically 5-10 years in procurement or supply chain roles Experience in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations

Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals Identify, evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors Lead RFQs, RFPs, contract negotiations and pricing agreements Ensure timely procurement of goods and services Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance, operations and supply chain Track procurement KPIs and prepare reports Drive sourcing cost savings Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure continuity
