About the Role You will design, build, and own production-grade evaluation systems that drive measurable improvements in model accuracy and latency. You will lead experimentation, fine-tuning, and feedback-based evaluation loops, and advance the orchestration of AI/ML systems to ensure scalable, resilient production deployments. You will deploy and maintain machine learning and deep learning models in production, participate in analytics and data science on-call rotations, and mentor peers to raise engineering standards. You will use Python and SQL extensively and apply ML Ops and evaluation best practices in your day-to-day work.
Requirements Advanced programming expertise in Python Advanced programming expertise in SQL Strong system design skills Deep experience deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production Experience with LLMs or Generative AI preferred Foundation in experimentation frameworks and evaluation metrics Knowledge of MLOps practices Proven ability to own systems end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally Willingness to overlap with PST business hours and participate in on-call rotations
