About the Role You will own and drive full-cycle hiring for specialized post sales roles. You will partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs, create best-in-class candidate experiences, and develop creative sourcing and market mapping strategies. You will build proactive pipelines, analyze sourcing data to improve conversions, and refine recruiting processes to evaluate and engage top talent. You will communicate asynchronously and maintain regular overlap with core business hours to collaborate effectively.
Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive hiring and regulated functions Ability to manage a high volume of diverse requisitions with attention to detail Structured communicator comfortable working asynchronously Skilled in delivering exceptional candidate experience across roles and levels
