You will drive acquisitions from diligence to integration, support fundraising and debt financing, draft and negotiate commercial and payment‑related agreements, advise on governance and fiduciary duties, and handle day‑to‑day legal matters including employment, IP and data privacy.
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales or equivalent Common Law jurisdiction Minimum 8 years PQE in sophisticated in‑house legal roles Proven track record leading M&A transactions with minimal external supervision Substantial experience in Payments or Crypto including e‑money regulation and digital asset frameworks Strong drafting ability for complex and non‑standard contracts
