About the Role You will build and manage relationships with institutional clients including trading firms, brokers, asset managers, corporates, and financial institutions. You will drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to onboarding and long-term account management, act as a trusted advisor by understanding client strategies, and provide tailored crypto solutions. You will collaborate with product, trading, and compliance teams to ensure high standards of execution and regulatory compliance, represent the company at industry events and client meetings, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and deliver regular insights on pipeline and market opportunities to leadership.
Requirements Fluent English At least 3 years of experience in institutional sales within crypto, trading, or financial services Proven track record of originating and closing deals with institutional clients Strong network within the institutional investment space in Europe Ability to communicate complex products and concepts clearly to sophisticated investors Experience working in a regulated environment with awareness of compliance and onboarding requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree Commercial mindset with hands-on, entrepreneurial approach Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented with strong ownership
