— 3+ years of HR experience (HRBP, HR Generalist or similar).
— Experience in international or multicultural environments.
— Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to build trust and influence managers.
— Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, performance, engagement, employee relations).
— Experience supporting HR process improvements and implementation.
— Experience working with HR metrics and analytics, and using data in discussions with managers.
— Understanding or experience with organizational design, job architecture (levels/grading systems), and KPI frameworks.
— Experience participating in HR projects and delivering assigned workstreams end-to-end.
— Knowledge of labor law basics and experience working with legal/compliance teams.
— Experience working in cross-functional teams.
— Experience with HR systems and tools (HRIS, Jira, workflow tools).
— English proficiency for business communication and HR documentation.
— Partner with business leaders to support achievement of business goals through HR solutions.
— Use HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and facilitate data-driven discussions with managers.
— Support organizational design, including structure changes, role definitions, and workforce planning.
— Contribute to job architecture development, including role levels/grading and KPI frameworks.
— Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, development, internal transitions, and exit processes.
— Maintain and improve HR policies and processes aligned with business needs.
— Provide guidance to managers on HR processes, employee relations, and people management.
— Identify HR and organizational challenges, propose solutions, and support implementation.
— Participate in HR projects end-to-end, delivering assigned workstreams.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent HR process execution.
— Drive continuous improvement of HR practices based on data and business needs.
