About the Role You're the frontline for daily IT tasks. You will onboard new colleagues, configure hardware and access, distribute laptops, support macOS users, manage user accounts and permissions, troubleshoot common IT issues including VPN, printers and network connectivity, assist with hardware replacement and diagnostics, and maintain IT asset records. You will escalate complex problems to senior colleagues and gradually participate in internal IT projects to improve processes.
Requirements Strong knowledge of macOS and experience with configuration troubleshooting and managing user environments Enjoy communicating with people and providing daily user support Technical mindset and willingness to learn new technologies Independent and proactive with the ability to work in a team Willing to be regularly present in the Prague office English proficiency at least B2 Experience with macOS MDM is a plus Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus
Responsibilities Onboard new colleagues including hardware accounts and access provisioning Distribute laptops and other equipment to new hires Assist with daily IT topics such as installation configuration and maintenance of laptops Ensure devices comply with internal security standards Support macOS users Manage user accounts and permissions Troubleshoot common IT issues such as VPN printers and network connectivity Help with hardware replacement repairs and diagnostics Maintain IT asset records and related documentation Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues Gradually participate in internal IT projects and process improvements
