We’re hiring a Growth Lead for an early-stage, venture-backed startup building in the future of digital payments and consumer finance.
This is a true 0 → 1 role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands internet culture, and knows how to turn attention into growth. You’ll work directly with founders to take a product from launch to its first highly engaged users through experimentation, community, partnerships, and unconventional growth tactics.
The product sits at the intersection of payments, fintech, and consumer internet, with a strong focus on usability, virality, and real-world adoption.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience growing consumer products from zero to first users
- Strong background in consumer app marketing, ideally within payments, remittance, fintech, marketplaces, or high-engagement apps
- Hands-on experience owning acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage
- Strong funnel thinking and analytical ability
- Experience designing and running rapid growth experiments
- A highly operational mindset — willing to spend time in communities, replying to users, testing ideas, and executing directly
- A deep understanding of internet culture, attention-driven marketing, and how products spread online
Spanish or Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred.
