About the Role You will act as the analytical engine for product: define metrics, build dashboards, design and analyze experiments end to end, and deliver clear, opinionated recommendations. You will run deep-dive analyses on partner usage, activation, retention, and economics; own the product metrics framework; build self-serve analytics and tooling; partner with data engineering on data models; and proactively surface insights that guide roadmap decisions.
Requirements 5–8 years of analytics experience partnering with product teams Expert SQL Working fluency with Python or R Experience with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake BigQuery or Redshift Experience with BI and visualization tools (Lightdash preferred) Proven ability to design and run experiments and measure adoption Ability to read product code and understand event schemas and instrumentation Excellent written and verbal communication Senior autonomous operator able to scope analyses and own recommendations
