We are looking for a Senior Manager / Associate Director – Leadership Hiring to build and scale CoinDCX's leadership talent engine. This role will own hiring across Director, VP, SVP, CXO, and other critical leadership mandates, partnering closely with founders and senior executives to identify, engage, assess, and hire transformational leaders.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. It requires deep talent intelligence, exceptional stakeholder management, strong assessment capabilities, and the ability to influence high-stakes hiring decisions.
You will lead Leadership Hiring across six strategic pillars.
* Build leadership teams that accelerate business growth. * Own end-to-end hiring for Director, AVP, VP, SVP, CXO, and critical strategic roles. * Partner with founders and business leaders to define leadership talent requirements. * Develop bespoke search strategies for complex and high-impact mandates. * Drive successful closure of business-critical leadership positions.
* Build market conviction before initiating search. * Conduct leadership talent mapping across relevant industries and ecosystems. * Develop a deep understanding of organizational structures, leadership talent pools, and succession movements. * Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and competitive landscapes. * Build long-term relationships with high-caliber leadership talent.
* Raise the leadership bar with every hire. * Assess candidates across leadership capability, strategic thinking, functional expertise, and cultural alignment. * Drive structured evaluation frameworks and hiring calibrations. * Partner with stakeholders to ensure objective and high-quality hiring decisions. * Act as a trusted advisor throughout the assessment process.
* Operate as a strategic talent partner to leadership. * Work closely with founders and senior executives on talent strategy and succession priorities. * Challenge assumptions and provide data-backed hiring recommendations. * Drive alignment across stakeholders during complex hiring decisions. * Ensure a high-touch and confidential candidate experience.
* Bring rigor and predictability to leadership hiring. * Own leadership hiring metrics, search progress, and stakeholder reporting. * Ensure strong search governance, process discipline, and hiring documentation. * Drive continuous improvement in leadership hiring practices. * Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Build CoinDCX's reputation within leadership talent markets. * Develop relationships with industry leaders, founders, operators, and investors. * Build long-term executive talent communities across key functions. * Strengthen CoinDCX's positioning as a destination for top leadership talent. * Leverage networks and referrals to access exceptional talent.
You'll Excel In This Role If You
* 8–12 years of experience in leadership hiring, executive search, or strategic talent acquisition. * Proven track record of hiring Director, VP, SVP, and CXO-level talent across multiple functions in fintech,startup companies. * Strong talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive assessment capabilities. * Experience partnering directly with founders, business heads, and executive leadership teams. * Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills. * Ability to operate with discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
* Experience hiring leadership talent within technology and non technology functions in fintech, internet, consumer-tech, or startup ecosystems. * Background in executive search firms and/or in-house leadership hiring functions. * Experience building functions and leadership teams in high-growth environments. * Strong network across technology, product, growth, business, and corporate leadership talent.
* Critical leadership mandates are consistently closed with exceptional talent. * Founders and executives trust your judgment and talent recommendations. * Leadership talent pipelines exist ahead of business demand. * CoinDCX is recognized as a destination for top leadership talent. * Hiring quality and stakeholder satisfaction remain consistently high.
