CEO Assistant

About the Role You will work closely with the CEO on strategic planning and key corporate initiatives. You will analyze operations and budgeting, support financing and investment activities, and help implement internal management systems. You will organize meetings and drive the execution of strategic plans while ensuring policies are followed and deadlines are met.

Requirements Experience in a top tier investment bank or leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Tier 1 IB) Strong understanding of financial and legal frameworks across the US and China with hands on experience Highly analytical with strong problem solving and execution capabilities Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex information and operate under pressure Strong writing communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive energetic and able to thrive in a fast paced high growth environment
