This isn’t a typical VP / AVP – VIP & Enterprise role. You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer.
Our top-tier user, including HNI traders, institutional desks, OTC clients, API traders, and enterprise partners, represent a disproportionate share of our trading volume and platform revenue. In this role, you will own the end-to-end P&L and complete lifecycle of this critical segment: acquisition, onboarding, retention, revenue maximization, and product advocacy. You will be the single, powerful voice inside CoinDCX that relentlessly champions our most valuable users, backed by the authority to shape product roadmaps, pricing engineering, liquidity depth, and core platform capabilities.
* Own & Scale Segment P&L: Take full financial accountability for the VIP and enterprise user cohorts; design sophisticated fee engineering models, manage margins, and run hyper-targeted campaigns (acquisition, resurrection, upsell) to maximize profitability. * Drive High-Value Acquisition & AUC: Accelerate Assets Under Custody (AUC) growth by onboarding top-tier institutional and investor segments with a highly customized value proposition, while managing inbound enterprise, OTC, and broker funnels. * Champion Elite Account Management: Build and govern world-class retention frameworks for sophisticated HNI and institutional clients (spot & derivatives), acting as the ultimate internal escalation point to ensure flawless, rapid operational resolutions. * Bridge Clients & Product Innovation: Actively gather qualitative Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and translate institutional client needs into prioritized technical requirements, partnering hand-in-glove with Product, Tech, and Payments teams. * Optimize Liquidity & Compliance: Collaborate with business operations to identify, assess, and onboard compliant liquidity providers, securing robust broker market depth while strictly adhering to internal policy and regulatory standards. * Lead & Upskill High-Performing Teams: Recruit, inspire, and manage a multi-functional team spanning sales, account management, partnerships, and program management; implement precise incentive structures to continuously raise the bar for service quality.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
* Think in First Principles & Own the P&L: You possess a revenue-first mindset with an intuitive grasp of margin trade-offs, unit economics, and campaign mechanics. * Command Exceptional Domain Authority: You bring 15+ years of heavyweight experience in business development, growth, or enterprise sales within fintech, trading platforms, or traditional financial services (prior crypto or derivatives fluency is a massive plus). * Are an Elite Relationship Builder: You are a credible interlocutor completely comfortable managing high-touch relationships with CXOs, prop desk heads, and institutional treasury teams. * Navigate Chaos with Clarity: You have 10+ years of direct people management experience and are an expert cross-functional diplomat, capable of aligning product, tech, and operations around customer needs. * Are Obsessed with Experimentation: You maintain a strong bias for action, constantly testing new product features, UI/UX variations, promotional constructs, and alternative fee structures to unlock exponential growth
* P&L Milestones Are Met: You have significantly moved the needle on segment revenue growth, fee yield optimization, and contribution margins against the strategic plan. * AUC Shows Hyper-Growth: Assets Under Custody from the priority investor and VIP cohorts show an aggressively compounding upward trajectory. * Retention Remains Unmatched: Month-over-month active retention rates for top-tier traders and enterprise accounts scale predictably and securely. * Acquisition Engines Are Blazing: The volume of newly qualified, compliant VIP and enterprise accounts successfully activated per quarter hits peak targets. * Operational Excellence is Achieved: Client satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT) remain stellar, mean-time-to-resolution for critical escalations hits historic lows, and broker liquidity pools maintain reliable depth.
