About the Role
YOU will drive strategic partnerships by identifying, developing, and scaling high impact alliances to accelerate growth. YOU will leverage a strong understanding of the global Web3 ecosystem to shape partnership strategy and execute opportunities across the wallet infrastructure, qualified custody, and digital asset tokenization offerings, translating market insights into tangible revenue generating collaborations.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within the Web3 ecosystem, such as strategic alliances partnerships ecosystem mergers acquisitions.
- Experience sourcing, driving, and closing bespoke deals.
- Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Persistent self driven attitude with creativity to close partnership deals.
- Proven track record structuring bespoke transformational deals in a fast paced environment.
- Proven project and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead partnership initiatives, determine the right approach, size and scope opportunities, identify risks and mitigate them, and drive the plan for execution.
- Lead communications and serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships.
- Manage the end to end partnership strategy and execution focused on driving adoption of existing products, identifying opportunities, validating new product launches and market assumptions, building go to market plans and ultimately closing deals with leading ecosystem businesses.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop new features that meet the needs of partners and customers in core target markets.
- Leverage internal and external data to develop business recommendations that generate value for the organization and partners.
- Build rapport with internal stakeholders including sales, product, and operations to foster solid partnerships.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry offerings and provide strategies for success.
- Identify and evaluate potential opportunities from traditional finance, including banking, payments, investment partners, and opportunities for offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including associations, VCs and incubators, influencers, business prospects, regulators, financial institutions, and other industry participants.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring with potential partners.
- Create financial models and forecasts on prospective partnerships.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership to inform product and business strategy.
- Build a detailed reporting structure along with dashboards to establish and utilize key metrics for measuring and communicating success.
- Assume a lead role, collaborating closely with the partnership team and other product managers and leaders.
