About the Role
You will lead engineering across trading, banking, social, and platform domains, set the technical direction, ship products, and be accountable for delivery, reliability, security, and engineering quality in a regulated real money brokerage stack. You will stay hands on by reviewing designs and code and contributing on critical paths. You will drive AI initiatives from prototype to production, including core features, personalization, market analysis, and automation. You will ensure systems meet regulatory, security, and resilience requirements. You will own infrastructure strategy, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency. You will partner with Product, Compliance, and the executive team; report on delivery, headcount, and technical risk. This position is remote and requires leading a distributed engineering organization with a focus on results and compliance.
Requirements
- Deep trading and brokerage expertise across CFDs, forex, equities, ETFs, and crypto, including order flow, market data, and exchange/liquidity connectivity (e.g. FIX).
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI/LLM-based systems to production.
- Strong hands-on software development background; still actively writes and reviews code.
- Proven track record managing multiple engineering teams simultaneously, including engineering managers and tech leads.
- Experience operating within a regulated financial services environment (e.g. CySEC, FCA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ownership of large-scale, high-availability, low-latency production systems.

- Own end-to-end delivery: architecture, roadmap execution, release cadence, and production reliability.
- Stay hands-on — review designs and code, set technical standards, and contribute directly on critical paths.

- Ensure systems meet the regulatory, security, and resilience requirements of a licensed multi-asset broker.
