About the Role
Your mission is to lead and execute the Field Marketing B2B strategy with a focus on demand generation and new lead acquisition. Organize events, side events, and activations at relevant fintech and crypto industry conferences to drive business opportunities. Coordinate participation in conferences, trade shows, and strategic events. Generate opportunities and contribute to the sales pipeline through marketing initiatives. Work with sales teams to convert leads into opportunities and revenue. Develop and implement post‑event follow‑up strategies to maximize lead conversion. Organize webinars and other demand generation initiatives for B2B clients. Strengthen positioning in the fintech and crypto ecosystems in the markets where the organization operates, driving client acquisition. Build and develop relationships with potential clients, partners and industry references. Measure impact through pipeline metrics, opportunities generated, and revenue. Collaborate with regional teams to support B2B growth in different markets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing or similar roles.
- Experience planning and executing events, conferences, webinars, and other demand generation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to contribute to the pipeline and opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience building and developing relationships with clients, partners and internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS or technology will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel and participate in national and international events as needed.
- Professional fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- AI first mindset and experience using AI tools for automation, efficiency and process optimization.
