JOB PURPOSE
Develop and lead the strategic events and experiences plan for Aldar Development, ensuring alignment with business objectives, project launches, sales priorities, and brand positioning.
Drive the planning, governance, and execution of high-impact events, activations, and customer experiences that strengthen brand equity, generate commercial value, and enhance customer engagement.
Leverage integrated marketing strategies and event platforms to support business growth, reinforce brand messaging, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop short and long-term event strategies and annual event calendars aligned with Aldar Development's business objectives, project launches, and customer engagement plans.
Lead the planning, development, and execution of corporate events, project launches, broker events, customer activations, community events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Translate business objectives into innovative event concepts that enhance customer experience, increase brand awareness, and support sales performance.
Manage the complete event lifecycle including concept development, planning, budgeting, procurement, production, execution, post-event evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Aldar's governance, HSE requirements, brand standards, and quality expectations.
Develop, monitor, and control annual event budgets and individual project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maximum return on investment.
Lead the appointment, management, and performance evaluation of event agencies, production companies, consultants, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Development, Communications, Digital, CRM, Retail, Hospitality, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
Establish project governance frameworks, implementation plans, risk registers, and contingency plans to ensure operational excellence across all events.
Identify opportunities to introduce innovative event technologies, customer engagement initiatives, and experiential marketing solutions that enhance Aldar's market positioning.
Develop performance measurement frameworks including event KPIs, customer satisfaction, ROI analysis, attendance, engagement, lead generation, and business impact reporting.
Prepare executive reports and presentations highlighting event performance, commercial outcomes, budget utilization, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Build and maintain effective relationships with government entities, strategic partners, sponsors, stakeholders, consultants, and suppliers.
Lead, coach, and develop the Events team to promote a high-performance culture, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on event planning, customer engagement initiatives, and business opportunities.
Extend support to other business units and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, Brand Activations, Marketing, or related fields, preferably within Real Estate, Hospitality, Destination Management, or Lifestyle sectors.

Demonstrated expertise in large-scale event planning, project management, and operational execution.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proven experience managing agencies, consultants, suppliers, and external partners.
Strong negotiation, procurement, and vendor management skills.
Ability to analyze event performance and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative customer experiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CMP, or Event Management certifications are considered an advantage.
Master's Degree is preferred.
