About the Role
YOU will translate domain level strategy into a 1-2-quarter roadmap for your squad, lead structured product discovery, and guide engineers and designers through delivery while measuring outcomes and continuously iterating based on customer and business impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in B2B or internal enterprise products.
- Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial controls. You don't need to be an accountant, but you should understand how finance teams operate and what they expect from the systems they use.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Finance stakeholders, understand their challenges, and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Proven track record of taking features from problem statement through discovery, delivery, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Comfortable working with analytics, defining success metrics, and using data to guide product decisions.
- Solid understanding of Agile product development and iterative delivery (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to plan 1–2 quarters ahead, prioritize effectively, and make informed trade-offs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. English level B2–C1.
- Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, or other regulated financial products is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Frame user/customer problems through data, research, and stakeholder input.
- Shape a clear product vision and OKRs for the next 6 – 9 months.
- Build and maintain a transparent, priority-ranked backlog.
- Re-prioritize based on evidence from experiments, user feedback, and business shifts.
- Define and communicate the business logic and success criteria for each feature, ensuring it is implemented exactly as intended.
- Decompose work into milestones, plan sprints, and track progress.
- Remove blockers and keep the team focused on outcome over output.
- Define success metrics, run A/B tests, analyse results with SQL/BI tools.
- Turn insights into iterative product improvements.
- Present discovery findings, roadmap trade-offs, and release results to Leads & Execs.
- Align Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Support around launches.
- Surface risks early, manage cross-team dependencies inside the domain.
