Requirements
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment, preferably in technology or fast-paced environments.
- Experience leading projects or driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to support decision-making.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity and hiring outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- High ownership and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Fluent English for daily activities, discussions, meetings and interviews.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles across the company.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Lead Attraction & Selection projects focused on improving hiring quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Use data, AI, and automation to optimize recruiting processes and support better hiring decisions.
- Build and improve recruiting playbooks, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic hiring initiatives, including employer branding, interview excellence, and process improvements.
