About the Role
You will analyze and interpret complex data sets from blockchain transactions, financial markets, and customer data using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights. You will develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility for statistical data analysis. You will leverage your expertise in Python to design and implement advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning algorithms to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and to develop data driven strategies for our products and services. You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results, ensuring that key findings are effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders. You will work with key stakeholders to identify needs and report outputs to answer questions and drive decisions. You will stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, blockchain, and finance, and identify opportunities for improving our data infrastructure and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of BI/Analytics experience
- English B2+ and experience of verbal communication in international teams
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Strong experience with Tableau data visualization
- Internally-motivated, self-starter mindset with analytical thinking and curiosity to help find insights and show the value of data-driven decision making
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a passion for analytics and problem-solving
