About the Role
You will analyze disputes and chargeback flows investigate cases from start to finish including transaction timeline evidence money flow and root cause you will build and review representment and defense cases that are clear well documented and win oriented you will dig into data to find patterns fraud signals and process gaps worth fixing you will use and help improve our AI automation tooling to handle disputes faster and smarter you will partner with teams across CloudWalk including Risk Compliance Product Data Engineering
Requirements
- Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools in daily work and curious about agent frameworks LangChain Mastra etc
- Some coding and scripting comfort including reading code SQL and light automation
- Strong analytical thinking and curiosity
- Problem solver mindset and strong desire to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize a busy queue
- Great writing for case summaries dispute defenses and Slack updates
- Clear communication in threads huddles DMs
- Ownership mindset you spot what’s broken propose better ways of doing things and drive decisions
