About the Role
You will lead the Africa regional growth by driving adoption of stablecoin solutions among banks and enterprises. You will originate high value client relationships, structure and close deals, and serve as a trusted advisor on digital asset implementations. You will inform product roadmaps with market intelligence and help drive the global strategy through close collaboration with financial partners.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of blockchain and digital assets applied to interbank challenges including fund flows and settlement mechanics.
- Deep network of contacts within Africa's banking and financial enterprise ecosystem.
- Familiarity with stablecoin issuers and the regulatory landscape.
- 10+ years of experience managing the entire institutional client engagement process including sourcing opportunities, structuring complex deals, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills and sales acumen.
- Experience in direct sales and revenue generation with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment.
- Professional fluency in a regional language is highly preferred.

- Originates high value client relationships and monetizes stablecoin products and services.
- Acts as an ambassador for stablecoin solutions, building credibility as a trusted issuer and integrator.
- Serves as a critical source of client insights and market intelligence on stablecoin use cases, informing the product roadmap and business plan.
- Gathers market intelligence to inform the global product roadmap and leverages a broad Africa banking network to close landmark deals.
- Leads end to end deal lifecycle from sourcing opportunities through onboarding and closing with banks and enterprises.
