About the Role
You will gain hands on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle from organizing the applicant tracking system to crafting candidate and hiring manager communications and building talent pipelines You will audit and maintain the ATS build and update templates and scorecards update careers pages for accuracy and brand consistency and draft social content spotlighting culture and open roles You will collaborate with marketing to create and update hiring manager resources and ensure all communications reflect a professional brand voice and provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Prior experience with an ATS especially Greenhouse is a plus but not required
- Genuine curiosity about talent acquisition, people operations, and how great teams are built
Responsibilities
- Audit and clean up job requisitions, candidate stages, and pipeline data in Greenhouse
- Ensure candidate records are accurate, consistently tagged, and up to date
- Build and maintain scorecards, job templates, and offer letter templates
- Generate reports and pull recruiting metrics to support weekly team updates
- Update and maintain careers landing pages and job descriptions for accuracy and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the team to refresh content on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer brand platforms
- Help draft social content spotlighting culture, team stories, and open roles
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and refine candidate-facing communications, including outreach templates, interview prep materials, and status update emails
- Collaborate with marketing to create and update hiring manager resources such as interview guides, role kick-off templates, and process FAQs
- Ensure all communications reflect employer brand voice and provide a consistent, positive experience throughout the hiring process
