About the Role
You will oversee the financial management of construction projects. You will track and analyze project costs, manage fixed assets and budgets, prepare detailed financial reports and pivot tables, perform reconciliations, collaborate with project managers and stakeholders, use NetSuite and Excel for analysis, and help improve accounting and project processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably within construction
- Proficiency in NetSuite software preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work
- Knowledge of accounting standards and practices relevant to construction projects
