About the Role
You will lead and manage all internal HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will ensure local HR policies comply with Hong Kong and mainland China employment laws, manage labor relations and dispute resolution, and serve as a point of contact for employee concerns. You will oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, partner with Finance on compensation frameworks and compliance reporting, lead change management initiatives, and communicate HR policies effectively throughout the region.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with focus on Hong Kong and Shenzhen markets
- Deep knowledge of mainland China and Hong Kong employment laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record managing HR operations in multinational or high-growth technology companies
- Experience developing and executing talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Aptitude for working in fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environments
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools
