About the Role
You will design and run onboarding to ensure new hires ramp quickly and feel welcomed. You will plan and execute employee recognition, rituals, perks, and events. You will maintain people operations including equipment provisioning and inventory, update policies and Notion pages, and improve workflows. You will collect and analyze people data, build dashboards, and provide insights to support decisions. You will coordinate vendors, logistics, travel, and on-the-ground event execution, and create scalable playbooks to improve repeatable processes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in People, HR, Operations, or related role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage many priorities
- Proven experience planning and executing events
- Comfort with data analysis and presenting numerical insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Curiosity about Web3, blockchain, or crypto
- Proficiency with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Ramp, and an HRIS platform
- Startup experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and execute onboarding experiences

- Plan and execute company events, offsites, and onsite experiences
- Manage vendor relationships and event logistics
- Coordinate hardware procurement, setup, and returns
- Maintain equipment inventory and assignment records
- Maintain and analyze people data including headcount and retention
- Build and manage reporting dashboards for leadership
- Support performance cycles, engagement surveys, and org updates
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
- Document policies and maintain internal Notion pages
- Gather post-event feedback and iterate on experiences
