The Impact you will have in this role:
We are seeking experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake and modern data platforms. The role involves designing, building, and supporting scalable data solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should demonstrate ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward learning and delivery accountability.
Specific Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data engineering initiatives with minimal supervision, from design to production.

Design, review, and guide data architecture and system design aligned with enterprise standards.

Develop and support scalable data pipelines and data platform solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Partner with Product Management to refine and prioritize backlog.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and change requests, with proper escalation.

Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across source and target systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers.

Participate in user enablement and platform adoption activities.

Adhere to ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Platform.
- Strong experience with Snowflake features such as Streams, Snowpipe, Tasks, and Snowpark etc.
- Proven experience managing data warehouse lifecycle (design, implementation, operations, and optimization).
- Expertise in data modeling (Dimensional modeling, Star/Snowflake schema).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and data lake concepts.
- Experience designing and building data pipelines and integrations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices for data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka or similar).
