The Key Account Manager drives revenue growth across RISE's Top 1000 Corporations segment, both by winning new enterprise accounts and by expanding revenue within an existing portfolio. The role represents the customer's interests internally — coordinating with Engineering, Billing, and other teams to resolve account needs — while building the business case for network investment where commercial opportunity exists. Working with the wider sales team, they translate account and market insight into action plans, sales strategy, and acquisition campaigns.
