— Senior Partnership Management: Proven track record of managing high-value, top-tier global sports properties and navigating complex partnership contracts.
— Strategic Thinking & Synergy: Demonstrated ability to look at a diverse portfolio and find practical ways to connect different sponsorships to strengthen WhiteBIT’s global image.
— Operational Excellence: Experience in simplifying complex processes, building standard workflows, and eliminating redundant manual steps.
— Planning & Leadership: Strong organizational skills with experience in preparing both high-level annual roadmaps and actionable daily task plans for a team.
— Financial & Asset Literacy: Strong experience in tracking partnership budgets, managing contractual payments, and maximizing the utilization of acquired sponsorship inventory/assets.
— Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to negotiate contract terms directly with partners and effectively manage relationships across both external partner executives and internal cross-functional teams.
— Partnership & Asset Management: Act as the senior point of contact for WhiteBIT's most prestigious sports partners. Oversee the allocation, usage, and optimization of all contractual assets and inventory (e.g., LED time, tickets, digital rights, IP).
— Stakeholder Management & Negotiation: Lead negotiations with partners for contract optimizations or renewals, while aligning and managing expectations across all external partners and internal departments (Legal, Marketing, Finance).
— Payments & Financial Oversight: Supervise the financial health of existing contracts, including tracking payment schedules, coordinating with the Finance department, and ensuring all invoicing and financial obligations are met on time.
— Development Strategy & Synergy: Identify and execute synergies across diverse verticals to ensure all partnerships complement each other and boost our global brand.
— Annual & Daily Planning: Build comprehensive annual strategies for the sports partnership vertical and translate them into clear, structured daily execution plans for the team.
— Operational Simplification: Audit and streamline the activation lifecycle, removing unnecessary administrative bottlenecks and standardizing workflows.
— Knowledge Sharing: Create an internal framework for cross-partner case studies and best-practice sharing so the team can scale regional "wins" globally.
— Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and track the performance of junior specialists to maintain high velocity, increase productivity of the team.
