About the Role
You'll join the Brand Studio and collaborate across teams to develop brand experiences with Ripple and XRP, from concept through completion. You'll translate abstract concepts into compelling visual work that solves unique challenges, navigating multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. You'll help define and evolve the brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all applications, while exchanging honest and respectful feedback with your teammates and looking for ways to improve design processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling
- Portfolio, website, or links to work (with access and viewing instructions)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specialized skills e.g., motion, illustration a plus)
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution
- Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
- Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapts as priorities shift
- Open-minded approach to design challenges
