About the Role
You will define the foundational architecture for one of the fastest-growing platforms in corporate treasury technology, backed by Ripple's global infrastructure and $100B+ in processed payment volume. You'll have direct exposure to a CEO-level platform mandate and work daily alongside engineering, AI, and connectivity product teams serving Global 2000 corporations. You will operate at the intersection of identity engineering, data model architecture, and platform UX, reporting to the Managing Director, Platform, AI and Quantitative Strategy. Your mandate is to solve foundational problems once so no solution pod has to solve them again, tackling the convergence of identity, data models, and user experience as the defining platform challenge of 2026.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- At least 4 years owning a platform infrastructure, identity/authentication, or developer platform product in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
- Track record of shipping platform capabilities that demonstrably accelerated dependent team velocity
- Deep familiarity with identity and access management (authentication, RBAC, authorizing, licensing)
- Familiarity with canonical data modeling principles and platform API development
- Experience leading cross-product or post-acquisition integration work
- Ability to translate platform experience trade-offs into clear product requirements for engineering and product leadership audiences
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the primary canonical data model for Ripple Treasury covering counterparties, instruments, accounts, and users
- Lead the platform-wide identity and authorizing engine including user authentication, role-based access control, licensing enforcement, and enterprise client configuration
- Own the highest-priority platform initiative of 2026: a single identity layer spanning multiple products
- Define the architecture, drive the roadmap, and deliver the cross-product integration
- Define the navigation architecture including L1, L2, and L3 navigation structure and the Home Portal
- Establish and maintain platform experience standards including API contracts, schema governance, authentication patterns, and platform integration protocols
