About the Role
You'll serve as the dedicated proposal expert for the Americas region, owning end-to-end management of regional proposal operations and acting as the primary point of contact for all RFP and RFI activities. You'll coordinate, create, and deliver Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and Questionnaires to increase win rates, and complete Information Technical Questionnaires for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes. You'll execute the RFP/ITQ response workflow for every project, delegating questions, tracking progress, managing Loopio, formatting responses, and communicating with stakeholders while juggling multiple concurrent projects against tight deadlines. You'll interpret RFP and ITQ questions and craft targeted responses using library content, resource documents, and subject matter expert input, ensuring everything is grammatically correct and consistent with the brand voice. You'll continuously update and expand the response library to reflect evolving product functionality, market positioning, and competitive differentiators, and manage review cycles to keep it accurate. You'll partner closely with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams, and work with the Regional Sales Leader to understand competitive landscapes, deal priorities, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in proposal management, RFP response, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication with demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling value messages
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools
- 1+ years of experience within treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS software environments (preferred)
- Experience with Loopio or similar RFP software platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems for opportunity tracking and collaboration (preferred)
- Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing (preferred)
Responsibilities

- Continuously update and expand the response library to reflect evolving product functionality, market positioning, and competitive differentiators
- Manage response review cycles to maintain library accuracy and relevance
- Adapt content to changing product functionality, industry technology trends, and competitive dynamics
- Partner with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure responses address prospect and client needs
- Work with the Regional Sales Leader to understand regional competitive landscapes, deal priorities, and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, including the Security Compliance team, to deliver accurate responses before deadlines
