About the Role
You will build and run targeted, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, highlight key product differentiators, and move people to launch their first Mind. You will refine each campaign for its audience segment with the right messaging and channel mix. You will work closely with product marketing to align on priorities and launch sequencing, and you will contribute campaign content ideas including thought leadership, digital content, and customer success stories. You will drive partner marketing activations into measurable outcomes, balancing deadlines and stakeholder communication. You will launch and manage campaigns across email, content, events, social, paid media, KOLs, and partner marketing, running structured A/B tests and iterating against performance data. You will track and report campaign impact across the funnel, own KPIs such as reach, engagement, sign-ups, and customer acquisition cost, and partner with the data team on measurement, attribution, and reporting accuracy. As an individual contributor, you will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate cross-functionally with social, design, GTM, business units, and external agencies.
Requirements
- Proven track record running end-to-end multi-channel consumer campaigns that drive measurable user growth and launches
- Disciplined operator and project manager skilled at process and prioritisation under pressure
- Cost-conscious approach to running campaigns with focus on efficiency and impact
- Strong written communication and collaboration skills
- Partner marketing experience with a track record of driving collaborative activations
- Data-literate with ability to translate data and product insight into performing campaigns
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI products
- Local market experience building consumer campaigns in Southeast Asia or Europe is a strong plus
- Fluency in English required; fluency in an Asian or European language is a strong advantage
- 5 to 6 years of experience in consumer marketing in a high-growth environment
