About the Role
As an Account Executive at Ripple Treasury, you will play a key role in the sales team, driving success in a high-growth region. You will work with a world-class team to help develop the future of corporate treasury by integrating modern technology with proven financial solutions. Your responsibility is to exclusively win new corporate clients for Ripple Treasury. You will position a curated selection of the Ripple Treasury Platform's core capabilities to each target account, with end-to-end accountability for territory development and full deal lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Min. 5+ years in New Business SaaS Sales, preferably in enterprise FinTech/Treasury Management Systems
- Demonstrated large account navigation and complex sales cycle management skills
- Strong ability to position functionally rich, sophisticated value propositions across multiple business areas
- Proven ability to execute pipeline generation at scale through outbound, driving and maintaining a 4x pipeline
- Consistent track record of top sales performance
- Excellent value based, consultative selling skills
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Achieve new business revenue goals set forth by Managing Director of Europe Sales
- Win corporate new accounts
- Develop pipeline consistently across your territory
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and user events
- Maintain a deep understanding of your market and its evolving potential
- Analyse and understand sales growth potential in your assigned territory
- Stay informed about the treasury industry and competition
- Collaborate with your manager and sales team to develop competitive strategies
- Maintain a minimum of 10 days monthly in-office presence
