About the Role
You'll own the continuous improvement of Alpaca's website end-to-end, treating it as a living product rather than a set-and-forget asset. You'll refine and elevate inputs from stakeholders across the company, sharpening copy, improving information hierarchy and design, and filling quality gaps wherever needed, while upholding a consistent bar for brand, voice, accessibility, and visual quality. You'll set up quantitative metrics tied to the website's objectives, build tracking and reporting cadences, and turn SEO, GEO, and user-funnel findings into prioritized improvements. You'll partner with engineering and other teams to design and develop the tooling and infrastructure behind the site, including CMS, analytics tooling, and supporting systems. You'll bring teams together to shape high-level messaging, facilitate syncs and retrospectives, and ensure tight linkage between the website and adjacent content channels like the blog and podcast. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading through influence, craft, and process rather than direct management, and you'll roll up your sleeves on the craft when it counts.
