About the Role
You will own Reap's commercial strategy and pricing architecture with a primary focus on card issuing, partner card programs, and adjacent product pricing structures. Sitting under the FP&A team in Finance, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales/GTM, and Finance to build pricing frameworks that don't yet exist. You'll design, maintain, and evolve pricing frameworks, analyse interchange economics, scheme fee structures, FX spreads, subscription tiers, and contract-level unit economics to ensure pricing captures value and supports margin targets. You'll also refine pricing models as products evolve, build financial models for deal structuring and product launches, understand cost-to-serve and pricing elasticity across customers and partners, and partner with Sales and Product in client and partner conversations involving complex pricing and deal structuring. You'll also support strategic integration work including cross-sell economics and joint go-to-market pricing.
