About the Role
You will join a growing Product team where you'll combine strong product thinking with hands-on operational execution to build user-focused financial technology products at scale. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Compliance, Growth, and Leadership teams to drive product strategy, define requirements, manage product delivery, and improve customer experience across the platforms and services. You'll balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution in a fast-paced and evolving environment, taking ownership of initiatives from idea to launch.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles
- Strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience working in fintech, crypto, payments, financial services, or high-growth technology environments is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery processes
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams
- Strong attention to detail and execution capability
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Customer-focused mindset with strong product intuition
Responsibilities
- Own and manage product initiatives from ideation through execution and launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and priorities
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product roadmaps and user stories
- Drive product delivery and coordinate execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations teams
- Conduct product research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering
- Monitor product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to inform decision-making
- Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams to ensure regulatory and operational alignment
- Support process improvements and operational scalability across products
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities effectively to stakeholders
- Contribute to improving overall product development processes and product culture within the organization
- Assess and address technical risks
- Facilitate the production and maintenance of proper product documentation
