About the Role
You'll sit at the boundary between us and our customers, coming in earlier than a typical forward deployed engineer to help define the product surface area we build together with partners. You'll translate customer requests into feedback that shapes the product roadmap, own the full integration lifecycle from scoping through go-live, build shared tooling and SDKs, and jump in to debug production issues across system boundaries when something breaks between us and a partner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and shipping integrations with payment systems, financial infrastructure, and/or banking partners
- Experience being on the other end of an API and understanding good and bad integration experiences
- Excellent communication skills to translate between engineering-speak and customer-speak
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Preferred but not required to have experience building with stablecoins and/or blockchains
Responsibilities
- Own the full integration lifecycle with customers and partners from initial scoping and technical design through implementation, testing, and go-live
- Digest, triage, and scope customer needs into actionable product input that shapes what is built next
- Design and build shared tooling, SDKs, and documentation that make integrating fast and painless
- Debug production issues across system boundaries as first responder
